目的：探讨护理高危患者在CT引导下经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引流术中的作用。方法对运用CT引导下经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引流的高危患者，护理人员分别在术前、术中、术后对患者进行疗效的观察与悉心护理。结果在周密细致的护理下，CT引导下经皮经肝胆囊穿刺引流的57例高危患者，无一例并发症发生，临床症状完全消失。结论术前加强患者的心理护理，术中紧密配合医师，术后密切观察病情变化，防止并发症发生并注意对引流管的保护，对保证手术成功具有重要意义。
목적：탐토호리고위환자재CT인도하경피경간담낭천자인류술중적작용。방법대운용CT인도하경피경간담낭천자인류적고위환자，호리인원분별재술전、술중、술후대환자진행료효적관찰여실심호리。결과재주밀세치적호리하，CT인도하경피경간담낭천자인류적57례고위환자，무일례병발증발생，림상증상완전소실。결론술전가강환자적심리호리，술중긴밀배합의사，술후밀절관찰병정변화，방지병발증발생병주의대인류관적보호，대보증수술성공구유중요의의。
Objectives Of care in the CT-guided percuta-neous transhepatic gallbladder drainage in the role .Methods Nurses should give intensive care for the patients after CT-guided percuta-neous transhepatic gallbladder drainage before and after operation . Results Under the careful and meticulous care ,Symptoms in 57 High-risk patients by CT-guided percuta-neous transhepatic gall-bladder drainage treatment ,no one had complication and clinical symptoms disappeared completely .Conclusions Before surgery ,to strengthen the psychological care of patients and close monitoring after condition change ,prevent complication and attention to drain-age protection ,ensuring the successful operation of great significance .As compared with conventional surgery ,CT interventional thera-py has obvious advantages .
