为了了解若尔盖县土地生态环境状况及其变化趋势,该文利用 RS 与 GIS 相关理论与技术,以 TM 遥感影像为主要数据源,参考《生态环境状况评价技术规范》,结合四川省若尔盖县生态实际,建立生态环境状况评价模型。若尔盖县生态环境状况总体上处于中上游水平,生态环境状况分级呈现由东到西逐步降低的格局,东部高山区域优于西部草原区,但是若尔盖高原草原沙化、湿地退化等生态问题仍然十分严峻,有关部门应继续加强当地生态环境保护建设力度。

This paper evaluates the ecological environment of Ruoergai county,Sichuan province.According to the Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation issued by the National Monitoring General Center,this paper uses related theories and techniques in remote sensing and GIS to establish an ecological environment quality evaluation model of Ruoergai county,and comprehensively evaluates its eco-environmental status.The ecological environment of Ruoergai county is generally in the middle and upper levels on the whole with its eco-environmental classification gradually descending from east to west,i.e. the eastern high mountain is better than the western grassland,while grassland desertification and wetland degradation is still very serious,and the relevant departments should continue to strengthen the local ecological and environmental protection.
