对经过三维激光成型固化后的光敏树脂进行了准静态压缩和拉伸试验,获得了其力学性能的变化规律以及真实应力-应变曲线等数据. 实验结果表明:固化后的光敏树脂存在明显的压缩屈服现象,并测得其压缩屈服强度为40 MPa,拉伸时出现应变软化现象,测得其拉伸强度为51 MPa,断裂伸长率为17%,具有一定韧性,说明光敏树脂具有较好的力学性能.
對經過三維激光成型固化後的光敏樹脂進行瞭準靜態壓縮和拉伸試驗,穫得瞭其力學性能的變化規律以及真實應力-應變麯線等數據. 實驗結果錶明:固化後的光敏樹脂存在明顯的壓縮屈服現象,併測得其壓縮屈服彊度為40 MPa,拉伸時齣現應變軟化現象,測得其拉伸彊度為51 MPa,斷裂伸長率為17%,具有一定韌性,說明光敏樹脂具有較好的力學性能.

The quasi-static compressive and tensile experiments of cured photosensitive resin specimens manufactured by stereo lithography apparatus ( SLA) have been performed .Variation of the mechanical properties and the true stress -strain curves are obtained .Experimental results show that the cured photo-sensitive resin has obvious compressive yield phenomenon and tensile strain softening phenomenon .The compressive yield strength is 40 MPa.While the tensile strength is 51 MPa, and the elongation at break is 17%, indicating the characteristic of certain ductility .Therefore , the photosensitive resin is proved to have good mechanical performance .
