成都某超高层办公楼主体结构高度为154.900 m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系. 介绍了工程的结构体系及布置、抗震设防性能目标. 通过不同程序进行计算,对结构整体计算结果、罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析结果进行分析. 结果表明,工程各项计算指标比较理想,均满足规范要求. 针对结构的超限情况提出了相应的超限对策及加强措施.

Frame-core wall structure system was adopted in a super high -rise office in Chengdu , the height of which is 154.900 m.The structural system , structural arrangement , the seismic fortification and performance objectives of the super high -rise building were presented .The overall calculation results and Dynamic elastics-plastic analysis results under rare earthquake were analyzed through different programs . Results indicate that the technical parameters of the building all well satisfy the requirements of the specifi -cations .In addition , the counter plans and strengthening measures were put for out -of-code situations . The overall structure can meet the requirements of the specifications on performance -based design .
