This paper analyzed the impactions of major culture construction under the mode of school-enterprise assembling classes in higher vocational colleges, proposed the connotation of the major culture construction through deepening the school-enterprise cooperation should be expanded, to promote cultural exchange and integration between school and enterprise, improve the level of the major culture construction, and promote the development of the major culture construction in higher vocational colleges.
