目的:探讨肿瘤抑制因子亮氨酸拉链蛋白转录因子样1(Leucine Zipper Transcription Factor Like 1,LZTFL1)和黏附分子整合素β1(Integrinβ1)在肝细胞癌中的蛋白表达情况、临床意义及二者的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法联合检测90例肝细胞癌组织和20例正常肝组织中LZTFL1和Integrinβ1的表达,分析二者与肝细胞癌患者临床病理参数的关系及二者的相关性。结果与正常肝组织相比,肝细胞癌组织中LZTFL1的表达显著降低,而Integrinβ1的表达显著升高;随着肝细胞癌分化程度的降低,LZTFL1阳性率逐渐下降,Integrinβ1阳性率逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二者的表达与患者的年龄、性别无显著相关性(P>0.05)。且LZTFL1与Integrinβ1的蛋白表达呈负性相关(r=-0.406,P=0.026<0.05)。结论(1)LZTFL1、Integrinβ1均与肝细胞癌的侵袭转移密切相关;(2)LZTFL1可能通过调控Integrinβ1,参与肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of LZTFL1 and integrin beta1 in hepaticellelar carcino-ma (HCC) and their relationship. Methods the expressions of LZTFL1 and integrin β1 in 90 cases of HCC and 20 cases of nor-mal liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the two proteins and clinicopathological param-eters of HCC was analyzed. Results Compared with the normal liver tissues, the expression of LZTFL1 in hepatic cell carcinoma was markedly decreased, however, the expression of integrin beta1 was increased significantly (P<0.05). As the degree of HCC dif-ferentiation reduced, LZTFL1 expression gradually declined, while integrin beta1 expression increased step by step (P<0.05). Both of the expression had no correlation with the patient's age and gender (P>0.05). And, the expression of LZTFL1 was negatively correlated with the expression of integrin beta1 in hepatic cell carcinoma(r=-0.406, P=0.026<0.05). Conclusions (1) Our results suggested that LZTFL1 and integrin beta1 were closely related to the invasion and metastasis of HCC. (2) LZTFL1 may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of HCC, by regulating the expression of integrin beta1.
