    本文调查了当前高职学生课余时间各项活动的投入与分配情况，分析了高职学生课余时间使用不合理的成因，提出了适合高职学生的课余时间使用方法，旨在提升学生综合素质，帮助学生健康成长。

    Based on the field research, this project found how higher vocational students allot their after-class time; analyzed the contributing factors to the current situation. And giving more deliberation to the different ways of after-class time allocation that are more scientific rational and adaptive to higher vocational students. The goal of all these efforts is to improve the overall quality of higher vocational students and help them grow up healthily.
