基于ANSYS Workbench软件建立了长定子中低速磁浮列车悬浮架有限元模型。分析悬浮架在4种工况下的应力情况,确定疲劳热点部位。采用表面外推热点应力法计算热点应力。依据等效平均应力和等效应力幅,对悬浮架进行疲劳强度评定。结果表明,悬浮架疲劳强度满足要求,为其结构优化提供了一定依据。

Based on ANSYS Workbench the finite element model of the levitation chassis of long stator low-speed maglev train was established . Stress conditions of the levitation chassis under the four working conditions was analyzed and the fatigue hot parts was determined. Using hot spot stress method based on surface extrapolation to calculate the hot spot stress. The fatigue strength of levitation chassis was assessed based on the average equivalent stress and equivalent stress amplitude. The result showed that the fatigue strength of the levitation chassis meet the requirements providing some basis for it’ s structural optimization.
