在分析了四轴超精密车床的超精密加工中，如何准确将刀具安装到B轴上，保证刀具圆弧中心与B轴回转中心重合的基础上，设计了两种安装对刀方案。实验结果表明，最终安装方式采用CCD粗对刀和试切法精对刀结合，能使得刀具偏置误差在2μm内。实验证明了该方案能满足超精密加工非球面透镜的对刀具安装的精度要求。

The ultra-precision machining for four axis ultra-precision lathe was analyzed. Based on setting the tool to B axis with the requirement of concentricity of the tool arc center and B axis gyration center, the two kinds schemes of tool setting were designed. The experimental result shows that the tool offset error can be decreased to 2 μm with the combination of coarse adjustment of CCD and fine adjustment of trial cut. It can meet requirements for ultra-precision machining accuracy of aspheric lens.
