目的:探讨本地区常见变应原与变态反应性皮肤病关系以及分布情况。方法选取2011-05~2014-05间本院皮肤科就诊的2800例变态反应性皮肤病患者,分别按性别和年龄进行分组。应用德国Regumed公司生产的百康2000生物共振治疗仪对患者进行吸入、食物等变应原检测,并进行统计学分析。结果过敏原阳性率荨麻疹组为85.63%;皮炎、湿疹组为79.81%。从过敏原分布特征来看,以多种、多组物质过敏的患者为多,单种、单组物质过敏的患者为少。两组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。荨麻疹组前五位过敏原分别为:屋尘螨/粉尘螨、霉菌混合物、海鲜类、蛋白类、豚草属。皮炎、湿疹组前五位过敏原分别为:屋尘螨/粉尘螨、霉菌混合物、甲醛类、海鲜类、重金属类。吸入性过敏原阳性率高于食物组。按性别分类,两组女性患者都比男性患者阳性率高,两组差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。按年龄分类,儿童组阳性率最高为92.3%;老年组最低为60.4%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论本地区最常见过敏原分布特征为:吸入组阳性率高于食物组;对多种、多组变应原呈阳性反应率比只对一种、一组变应原呈阳性反应率高;女性患者阳性率较高,儿童组检出阳性率为最高。

목적:탐토본지구상견변응원여변태반응성피부병관계이급분포정황。방법선취2011-05~2014-05간본원피부과취진적2800례변태반응성피부병환자,분별안성별화년령진행분조。응용덕국Regumed공사생산적백강2000생물공진치료의대환자진행흡입、식물등변응원검측,병진행통계학분석。결과과민원양성솔담마진조위85.63%;피염、습진조위79.81%。종과민원분포특정래간,이다충、다조물질과민적환자위다,단충、단조물질과민적환자위소。량조차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。담마진조전오위과민원분별위:옥진만/분진만、매균혼합물、해선류、단백류、돈초속。피염、습진조전오위과민원분별위:옥진만/분진만、매균혼합물、갑철류、해선류、중금속류。흡입성과민원양성솔고우식물조。안성별분류,량조녀성환자도비남성환자양성솔고,량조차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。안년령분류,인동조양성솔최고위92.3%;노년조최저위60.4%,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론본지구최상견과민원분포특정위:흡입조양성솔고우식물조;대다충、다조변응원정양성반응솔비지대일충、일조변응원정양성반응솔고;녀성환자양성솔교고,인동조검출양성솔위최고。
Objective To investigate the relationship between common allergens and allergic diseases and the distributional characters of allergens in patients with allergic dermatosis .Methods 2800 allergic dermatosis patients treated in the hospital from May , 2011 to May, 2014 were selected and divided into groups according to sex and ages.Three kinds of allergens ( inhalation,ingestion and other allergens groups ) were detected by bioresonance device produced by German Regumed company .Results Allergens were found in 85.63%of the ur-ticaria patients and 79.81%of the dermatitis/eczema patients .Most patients displayed sensitivity to more than one kind of allergen.The first 5 allergens found in urticaria group were the house dust mites /dust mites, mold, seafood, protein and ragweed.And in dermatitis/ec-zema group, those were the house dust mites/dust mites, mold, formaldehyde, seafood and heavy metal.Through classifying by age, chil-dren series positive rate was the highest , which was 92.3%.Elderly group showed the lowest , which was 60.4%.The difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In this area, the dust mites is the most commonly seen allergens.The positive rate of inhaled allergens is obviously higher than that of food allergens.Most patients display sensitivity to more than one kind of allergen.Female patients have higher positive rate than male patients.Junior group is the highest .
