《老年护理》是高职护理专业学生在前导课程学习的基础上开设的一门护理专业必修课程。面对快速人口老龄化的到来，解决老年人的健康问题、满足老年人的健康需求、提供优质的老年护理服务，已成为护理领域的重要课题。我国老年护理教育起步较晚，教育教学方法相对落后，学生学习积极性不高，而老年护理理论性强，服务对象特殊，操作要求高。为满足老年护理岗位群的需求，科学设计《老年护理》课程并实践，探索老年护理教育改革的有效途径，为社会培养合格的老年护理人才。

The“old age care”is a professional nursing students in higher vocational nursing students on the basis of the leading course of study to open a nursing professional required course.In the face of the rapid aging of the population,to solve the health problems of the elderly,to meet the health needs of the elderly,to provide quality care services,has become an important issue in the field of nursing.Chinese elderly care education starts late,the teaching method is relatively bacKward,the students learning enthusiasm is not high,but the old nursing theory is strong,the service object is special,the operation requirements are high.In order to meet the needs of the elderly nursing staff,scientific design of the “old age care”curriculum and practice,ex-plore the effective way for the elderly care education reform,for the community to cultivate qualified elderly care personnel.
