Constructing a harmonious college is a part in constructing socialist harmonious society,and it as a long-term strate-gic tasK and complex systematic engineering ,relates all aspects of the scientific development of universities necessarily,and one of the important items is the problem of postgraduates’rights.Harmonious campus construction and postgraduates’rights pro-tection influent and promote each other.On one hand,the construction of harmonious campus has raised new requirements to protection of postgraduates’rights,on the other hand,protecting postgraduates’rights has an important influence on construc-ting harmonious campus.
