The double-professionally-titled teachers is the restriction factor for the development of higher vocational education in our country at present.The purpose of this paper is,through the analysis of the problems existed in the current situation of double-professionally-titled teachers,to explore the relationship of government,the enterprise and the school and come up with constructive suggestions at the same time.
