目的：探讨股骨头坏死患者的代谢异常状况。方法对500例股骨头坏死住院患者的BMI、血脂、血糖、血尿酸水平进行统计分析。结果男性74.4％，女性58.1％。小于30岁58.2％，大于等于30岁的72.4％。酒精性、激素性、创伤性及其他原因的检出率分别为81.0％、67.0％、60.6％、49.2％。单侧及双侧股骨头坏死的检出率分别为66.0％、73.4％。结论代谢异常在股骨头坏死的发生发展中起着重要作用。加强对代谢水平的筛查及代谢异常的控制，有利于股骨头坏死的预防和治疗。
목적：탐토고골두배사환자적대사이상상황。방법대500례고골두배사주원환자적BMI、혈지、혈당、혈뇨산수평진행통계분석。결과남성74.4％，녀성58.1％。소우30세58.2％，대우등우30세적72.4％。주정성、격소성、창상성급기타원인적검출솔분별위81.0％、67.0％、60.6％、49.2％。단측급쌍측고골두배사적검출솔분별위66.0％、73.4％。결론대사이상재고골두배사적발생발전중기착중요작용。가강대대사수평적사사급대사이상적공제，유리우고골두배사적예방화치료。
Objective To investigate metabolic abnormality in osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods Doing statistic analysis of BMI, the levels of lipid, glucose and uric acid in blood of 500 patients.Results The detection rate of the male and female is 74.4%and 58.1%resparately.The detection rates of age group less than 30 years old and more than 30 years are 58.2% and 72.4% respectively.The detection rate of alcoholic , steroid-induced , traumatic and other ONFH is 81.0%, 67.0%, 60.6%and 49.2%.The detection rate of bilateral femoral heads and unilateral femoral head is 73.4% and 66.0%.Conclusion The metabolic abnormality plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ONFH.The screening and monitoring of the metabolic abnormality is beneficial for the prevention and treatment of ONFH.
