近年来,各种城市灾害不断涌现,采用城市应急联动系统可以确保通信畅通,减少灾害发生后的损失。首先详细分析了应急联动系统的体系结构和业务模型,基于分析的结果,从应急指挥调度算法和无线覆盖规划两个方面来阐述城市应急联动系统的实现。
近年來,各種城市災害不斷湧現,採用城市應急聯動繫統可以確保通信暢通,減少災害髮生後的損失。首先詳細分析瞭應急聯動繫統的體繫結構和業務模型,基于分析的結果,從應急指揮調度算法和無線覆蓋規劃兩箇方麵來闡述城市應急聯動繫統的實現。

In recent years,various city disasters have occurred.By using urban emergency response system (UERS),communication can be ensured and losses caused by disasters can be reduced.This paper analyzed the structure and workflow of the UERS,and based on the result,set forth the realization of UERS from aspects of emergency command scheduling algorithm as well as wireless coverage planning.
