机械生产中加工孔的方法很多,其中数控车削零件内孔是最为常见的加工方法之一。机械加工过程中尺寸超差在所难免,经研究发现导致内孔尺寸超差的原因主要是,加工程序中所有的尺寸都是图纸的理想值,未考虑对刀时的测量误差、内孔车刀的磨损及刀片公差的影响。研究表明,修改磨损偏置值,可以精确调整直径尺寸,从而保证零件内孔的尺寸加工精度和产品合格率。

There are many ways to process holes in the mechanical production,machining holes by the CNC lathe is one of the commo-nest ways.Dimension error cannot be avoided in the process with the main reason that the ideal drawing size does not consider the in-fluence of measurements error when setting cutting tools,the wear of lathe cutting tools and the tolerance of tools.The research shows that revising the value of wear offset could adjust the diameter size accurately,so as to ensure the processing accuracy of hole size and the passing rate of products.
