以湖北省输变电线路为研究对象,在分析湖北省山火火险评价因子的基础上,结合研究区(湖北省)实际状况,选取土地覆盖类型、地形、水系、人为影响及输变电线路重点防护区等5个因子作为火险区划指标;基于RS和GIS技术,采用因子加权叠置和层次分析相结合的方法,对湖北省输变电线路山火风险进行定量评价.结果表明:湖北省高火险区及极高火险区面积超过研究区总面积的55%,山火火险总体上较高;火险区分布明显,鄂西的东部及北部、鄂北、江汉平原北部、鄂东的北部和南部等地输变电线路火险等级较高;1 000 KV输变电线路走廊(即输电线路集中架设的狭长地带)的山火风险相对最高,220 KV的相对最低;将收集到的湖北省输变电线路44个山火历史个例发生位置与其风险区划图进行比较可知,区划结果较为可靠.

Taking the power transmission lines in Hubei Province as a research object, we select land type, terrain, water buffer area, settle-ment buffer area, and transmission line buffer area as risk zoning ranks on forest fire based on the analysis of evaluation factors on forest fire and the practical circumstances in Hubei. Based on RS (Remote Sensing) and GIS (Geographic Information System), we quantitatively evalu-ate the forest fire risk along the power transmission lines in Hubei Province by using AHP and factor weights union method. The results show that the areas of the high and extremely high fire risk zones cover more than 55%of the total area of Hubei Province, which lead to a high for-est fire hazard risk in general. There is a clear fire danger division distribution. The transmission lines with higher fire risk grade are situated in the eastern and northern part of western Hubei, northern Hubei, northern Jianghan plain, and the northern and southern part of eastern Hu-bei. The forest fire risk of a corridor along 1 000 kV transmission lines is relatively high, while that along 200 kV transmission lines is rela-tively low. Compared with the locations of 44 historical transmission line fire cases in Hubei Province, their locations are found to be in the high risk zones.
