《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》明确指出，要推进以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革。公诉部门作为刑事诉讼程序的中间环节，一方面，要明确以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革的实质；另一方面，要明确诉讼制度改革对公诉工作在证据审核标准、监督职能履行、控辩对抗性方面的实质影响，提升自身诉讼能力与案件质量，构建以审判为中心的诉讼工作模式，确保案件“诉得出、判得了”。
《中共中央關于全麵推進依法治國若榦重大問題的決定》明確指齣，要推進以審判為中心的訴訟製度改革。公訴部門作為刑事訴訟程序的中間環節，一方麵，要明確以審判為中心的訴訟製度改革的實質；另一方麵，要明確訴訟製度改革對公訴工作在證據審覈標準、鑑督職能履行、控辯對抗性方麵的實質影響，提升自身訴訟能力與案件質量，構建以審判為中心的訴訟工作模式，確保案件“訴得齣、判得瞭”。
《중공중앙관우전면추진의법치국약간중대문제적결정》명학지출，요추진이심판위중심적소송제도개혁。공소부문작위형사소송정서적중간배절，일방면，요명학이심판위중심적소송제도개혁적실질；령일방면，요명학소송제도개혁대공소공작재증거심핵표준、감독직능리행、공변대항성방면적실질영향，제승자신소송능력여안건질량，구건이심판위중심적소송공작모식，학보안건“소득출、판득료”。
“The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to Comprehensively Promote the Rule of Law and a Number of Maj or Issues ”clearly pointed out,to promote the trial as the center of the litigation system reform.The public prosecution department as the intermediate link of the code of criminal procedure,on the one hand,it should be clear that the essence of litigation system reform centered on trial;on the other hand,it also should be clear that the real influence of litigation system reform on pub-lic prosecution in the audit evidence standard,the supervision function of performance,confrontation and the defense,improve the litigation ability and the quality of the case,build the litigation work mode cen-tered on the trial,to ensure that “litigation out,sentence got”.
