目的:探讨观察MTA及Vitapex在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的应用价值对比情况。方法选择2014-07~2015-07间来我院就诊的150例年轻恒牙牙髓感染的患者作为研究对象。根据治疗选择的根尖诱导材料的不同,将所有患者按随机抽样的方法分为MTA组和Vitapex组,Vitapex组的根尖诱导材料为Vitapex,MTA组选择MTA作为根尖诱导材料。3个月及6个月后,根据患者的临床检查评定疗效。结果经过治疗3个月后,MTA组总有效率为96.4%,Vitapex组总有效率为95.2%;治疗6个月后,MTA组总有效率为94.0%,Vitapex组总有效率为95.2%。结论 MTA和Vitapex两种材料在行年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中应用效果均较为优越,是恒牙根尖诱导中理想的材料,值得临床推广和应用。

목적:탐토관찰MTA급Vitapex재년경항아근첨유도성형술중적응용개치대비정황。방법선택2014-07~2015-07간래아원취진적150례년경항아아수감염적환자작위연구대상。근거치료선택적근첨유도재료적불동,장소유환자안수궤추양적방법분위MTA조화Vitapex조,Vitapex조적근첨유도재료위Vitapex,MTA조선택MTA작위근첨유도재료。3개월급6개월후,근거환자적림상검사평정료효。결과경과치료3개월후,MTA조총유효솔위96.4%,Vitapex조총유효솔위95.2%;치료6개월후,MTA조총유효솔위94.0%,Vitapex조총유효솔위95.2%。결론 MTA화Vitapex량충재료재행년경항아근첨유도성형술중응용효과균교위우월,시항아근첨유도중이상적재료,치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy comparison of MTA and Vitapex in apexification for young permanent teeth .Methods 150caseswithyoungpermanentendodonticinfectionfromJuly,2014toJuly,2015wereregardedastheresearchobjects.And they were randomly divided into two groups ( MTA group and Vitapex group ) ,according to the different apexification materials.MTA group chose MTA material, and Vitapex group chose Vitapex material.After 3 months and 6 months, the effect was assessed.Results After 3 months, the total effective rate was 96.4%in MTA group;while the total effective rate was 95.0%in the Vitapex group.After 6 months, the total effective rate was 94.0 %in MTA group;while the total effective rate was 95.0%in the Vitapex group.Conclusion MTA and Vitapex are superior in the induction of permanent apical ideal material , and it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
