目的：探讨Lisfranc 损伤经手术治疗后的临床疗效与分析。方法自2008－05～2013－12间我院经手术治疗Lisfranc损伤15例，行切开复位螺钉及克氏针内固定术，进行回顾性分析，并根据美国矫形足踝协会（ AOFAS）的评分标准评定患足功能恢复情况。结果15例获得随访，随访时间12～48个月，平均30个月，采用美国矫形足踝协会（AOFAS）的评分标准进行评分，好8例，较好6例，差1例，患者可接受率达93.33％。结论 Lisfranc关节损伤应早诊断，早治疗，积极手术治疗，行切开复位内固定，达到复位及坚强固定，疗效较为满意。
목적：탐토Lisfranc 손상경수술치료후적림상료효여분석。방법자2008－05～2013－12간아원경수술치료Lisfranc손상15례，행절개복위라정급극씨침내고정술，진행회고성분석，병근거미국교형족과협회（ AOFAS）적평분표준평정환족공능회복정황。결과15례획득수방，수방시간12～48개월，평균30개월，채용미국교형족과협회（AOFAS）적평분표준진행평분，호8례，교호6례，차1례，환자가접수솔체93.33％。결론 Lisfranc관절손상응조진단，조치료，적겁수술치료，행절개복위내고정，체도복위급견강고정，료효교위만의。
ObjectiveTodiscusstheclinicalcurativeeffectofLisfrancinjuryaftersurgicaltreatmentandanalysis.Methods 15ca-ses with Lisfranc injury, open reduction and screw and gram needle fixation from May , 2008 to December, 2013 in the hospital were retro-spectively analyzed, and according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) criteria, the function recovery of foot was assessed.Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 48 months with an average of 30 months.The recovery was assessed after oper-ation by American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) sore, with 8good cases, 6 better cases and 1 bad case.Conclusion Lis-franc joint damage should be under early diagnosis , early treatment ,active surgical treatment , open reduction and internal fixation , and to achieve reduction and strong fixation , which obtains satisfactory curative effect .
