采用 AB-DTPA 浸提剂联合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了上海地区48个典型土壤样品中8种元素的有效态含量,并与经典的土壤测定方法进行比较。结果显示:AB-DTPA 法能提取出土壤中大部分有效磷和速效钾,提取率分别为93.0%和98.4%,与经典测定方法达到了极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.917和0.981;无论是土壤营养元素还是污染重金属,AB-DTPA 法测定的有效态含量均高于 CaCl2-DTPA 法;其中AB-DTPA法测定的 Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd 等5种元素的有效态含量与 CaCl2-DTPA 法均达到极显著相关;AB-DTPA法提取的有效 Pb 与 CaCl2-DTPA 法测定结果也达到了显著相关,但相关系数只有0.325。总体而言,AB-DTPA法适用于上海典型土壤中多种元素的有效态含量分析,但除 P、K 外,其他元素的评价指标应相应提高。

The available content of 8 elements in 48 typical soil samples in Shanghai area were determined by AB-DTPA-ICP-OES,and the analysis results were compared with the classical soil testing method.The results showed that the AB-DTPA method could extract most amounts of the available phosphorus and potassium in soils with the rate of 93.0% and 98.4% respectively.The extraction rates of AB-DTPA were very significantly corre-lated with the classical method and the correlation coefficient were 0.917 and 0.981 respectively.The available contents of soil nutrient elements and heavy metals determined by AB-DTPA were higher than that of CaCl2-DTPA.The available contents of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and Cd determined by AB-DTPA were very significant correlated with that by CaCl2-DTPA.The available content of Pb determined by AB-DTPA was also significant correlated with that by CaCl2-DTPA,but the correlation coefficient was only 0.325.In general,the AB-DTPA method was applied to the analysis of the effective content of various elements in the typical soil of Shanghai,but the evalua-ting indexes for the soil elements should be improved accordingly except phosphorus and potassium.
