为了给兰州市区域社会经济与生态环境协调发展提供参考，根据兰州及周边县区气象站1957—2011年的降水量和气温资料，从趋势性和突变性两方面分析了兰州市气候变化特征及规律。结果表明：兰州市年降水量呈减少趋势，夏季降水量减少尤为明显，气温以0．227℃／10 a的趋势上升，且冬季气温上升最为明显；降水量、气温的突变点分别为2000年、1997年。

In order to provide reference for coordinative development between economic development and ecological environment,climatic change trend and characteristics of Lanzhou City was analyzed using the method of the trend and mutation analysis based on the precipitation and temperature data of Lanzhou and around meteorological stations during the period between 1957 and 2011. The results indicate that the average yearly precipitation of Lanzhou City appears downward trend,especially in summer. The mean temperature increases at a mean rate of 0. 227 ℃/10 a,especially in winter. The precipitation and temperature abrupt point occurs in 2000 and 1997 respectively.
