目的：探讨健康教育在老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后压疮预防护理中的应用效果。方法将112例PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者，按治疗的先后顺序将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育，调查两组患者对疾病相关知识的知晓情况，并将压疮发生的情况进行比较。结果观察组患者在宣教后对疾病相关知识的知晓情况提高，压疮发生率降低，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后患者实施健康教育后，能够提高患者对疾病相关知识的知晓情况，降低压疮发生率，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토건강교육재노년고골조륭간골절내고정술후압창예방호리중적응용효과。방법장112례PFNA내고정치료노년고골조륭간골절환자，안치료적선후순서장기수궤분위대조조여관찰조。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재상규호리적기출상실시건강교육，조사량조환자대질병상관지식적지효정황，병장압창발생적정황진행비교。결과관찰조환자재선교후대질병상관지식적지효정황제고，압창발생솔강저，여대조조비교，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론대노년고골조륭간골절내고정술후환자실시건강교육후，능구제고환자대질병상관지식적지효정황，강저압창발생솔，제고환자생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of health education application in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture af -terinternalfixationwithpreventionofbedsorenursing.Methods 112casesofPFNAinternalfixationintreatmentofintertrochantericfrac-ture of femur in the elderly patients ,according to the sequence of treatment , were randomly divided into the control group and the observa-tion group.The control group was given conventional nursing ,and the observation group was given health education on the basis of the con-ventional care.Awareness of the survey of the disease related knowledge and pressure ulcer occurrence of patients of two groups were com -pared.Results The propaganda and education on disease knowledge of the observation group are improved ,and the incidence of pressure ulcers is reduced.The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion Intertrochanteric fractures in elderly rehabilitation in patients after internal fixation after health education can improve the awareness , reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers ,and improve the life quality of the patients.
