为了提高机组运行经济性,将内蒙古乌斯太热电厂1号300 MW机组给水系统3台勺管调速电动给水泵中的2台改为一拖二变频调速给水泵,并对给水系统控制逻辑进行了优化,增加了变频控制功能,设置了给水泵故障状态下备用启动允许功能。应用结果表明,给水系统改造后不仅降低了耗电量,而且提高了机组运行经济性和安全性。
為瞭提高機組運行經濟性,將內矇古烏斯太熱電廠1號300 MW機組給水繫統3檯勺管調速電動給水泵中的2檯改為一拖二變頻調速給水泵,併對給水繫統控製邏輯進行瞭優化,增加瞭變頻控製功能,設置瞭給水泵故障狀態下備用啟動允許功能。應用結果錶明,給水繫統改造後不僅降低瞭耗電量,而且提高瞭機組運行經濟性和安全性。

In order to improve the economic efficiency of unit 1 in Wusitai Thermal Power Plant in Inner Mongolia,technical transformation on the feedwater system was carried out.Two of three scoop tube speed-regulating electricicty-driven feedwater pumps were changed into one-to-two frequency variable speed-regulating feedwater pumps.Moreover,the feedwater control logic was optimized,the frequency con-version control function was added,and a fault situation backup start permit function was set up.The appli-cation results show that,after the transformation,the electricity consumption of the feedwater system de-creased and the unit operation safety was also improved.
