以试管苗为材料,研究了光(0—3340 lx)和碳源(0%—3%的蔗糖)对非洲紫罗兰离体培养的影响。结果表明:非洲紫罗兰可在没有外加碳源的有光照条件下存活、生长和分化,其繁殖率和生长量与光照强度正相关,但离体培养效果不及添加蔗糖的处理。弱光(379—405 lx)与3%的蔗糖组合最有利于叶片不定芽诱导,强光(3110—3340 lx)与3%的蔗糖组合更有利于试管苗不定芽的扩繁,强光(3110—3340 lx)和1%的蔗糖组合较适宜非洲紫罗兰壮苗与生根培养。

Effects of light (0—3 340 lx)and carbon (0%—3% sucrose)on in vitro culture of Saintpaulia ionantha plantlets were studied taking the tube seedling as material.The results showed that Saintpaulia ionantha could survive,grow and differentiate in the light condition without carbon sources.The reproduction rate and growth were positively correlated with the light intensity,but the effect of in vitro culture condition without sucrose was less than that of sucrose treatment.Lower Light (379—405 lx)and 3% sucrose treatment on leaves were conducive to adventitious buds induction.Strong light (3 110—3 340 lx)and 3% sucrose treatment were more conducive to the propagation of adventitious buds.Strong light (3 110—3 340 lx)and 1% sucrose treatment were appropriate for seedling and rooting culture of Saintpaulia ionantha.
