针对某引黄涵闸(四类病险闸)工程现状及存在的安全隐患,从安全运行及安全度汛角度论证了采用玻璃钢管穿越涵洞应急供水方案的可行性。在分析涵闸主体结构、渗透稳定、日常运行管理、汛期抢险、自然及人为因素等方面存在的主要风险基础上,针对该供水方案提出了应急对策和措施。

Aiming at the current situation and the existing security risks of defective sluice,this paper analyzed the feasibility of emergency program using glass-steel pipes through a culvert on the safe operation and flood prevention. The emergency countermeasures were proposed based on analyzing the potential risk of the culvert sluice,by main structure,seepage stability,operation management,emergency rescue, natural and human factors etc. under such circumstances.
