目的：探讨头脑风暴法在提升优质护理服务示范工程中的效果。方法自2013年1月以来我院妇产科开展优质护理服务示范工程活动，并应用头脑风暴法发现其中所存在的问题，并制定解决方案，比较应用头脑风暴法前后科室的护理质量以及护理满意度。结果实施后的临床管理评分情况以及临床护理的评分情况明显优于实施前；实施后的护理满意度明显高于护理前（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论头脑风暴法在提升优质护理服务示范工程中的应用效果比较好，能够及时发现优质护理服务示范工程中所存在的问题并制定出解决方法，提高了护理满意度和质量，具有较高的使用价值。

Objective To discuss brainstorming in promoting effect of high quality nursing service demonstration project .Methods Since January, 2013, The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital has carried out high quality nursing service demonstration project activities , applied brainstorming method to find out the existing problems , and developed solutions.The difference of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction before and after the application of brainstorming was compared.Results After the implementation of the clinical man-agement, grading and clinical nursing grading implementation is obviously better than before ;the nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than before(P<0.05), with statistically significant difference.Co nclusion The application effect of brainstorming in the promotion of high quali-ty nursing service demonstration project is better , can timely find the problem of the high quality nursing service demonstration project of the problems and work out the solution , and improve the quality of the nursing satisfaction.It has the high use value.
