Basic medical insurance for urban residents%Satisfaction%Influencing factors
目的:了解泸州市龙马潭区已参加城镇居民基本医疗保险人群对制度的满意度现状,分析其影响因素,为完善城镇居民基本医疗保险制度实施提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对泸州市龙马潭区已参保的393名居民进行调查,使用统计描述、χ2检验、趋势χ2检验、χ2分割检验、Fisher精确检验等方法对数据进行分析。结果调查的参保居民对医保制度内容、报销程序、工作人员的服务态度情况待满意率分别为87.5%、88.6%、70.6%,对报销程序了解程度不同的居民之间对城镇居民基本医疗保险制度满意度的差异有统计学意义(χ2趋势=8.621,P=0.003)。结论泸州市龙马潭区城镇居民医疗保险的满意度有待提高。应加强宣传力度,提高工作人员素质,改善工作人员的服务质量,简化报销程序以提升满意度。

Objective To understand the situation of urban residents′satisfaction of basic medical insurance in Longmatan District , Luzhou City and analyze the influencing factors , for providing the basis for the sustainability of basic medical insurance for urban residents.Methods 393urbanresidentswhohasinsuredweresurveyedthroughaself-designedquestionnaire.Thestatisticalanalysismethodswere used, including descriptive statistics, Chi square test, Chi square test for trend, Partition of Chi square test and Fisher exact test.Results Satisfactory rates of content of medical insurance system , reimbursement procedures and staff attitude were 87.5%, 88.6%and 70.6%.Urban residents′satisfaction on content of medical insurance system were different in different level of understanding on the reimbursement program (χ2 =8.621 ,P=0.003 ).Conclusion Urban residents′satisfaction on basic medical insurance in Longmatan District , Luzhou City needs to be improved.Greater efforts should be given to propaganda of the basic medical insurance for urban residents , the quality of service for staff should be improved and reimbursement procedures be simplified to improve satisfaction .
