为准确采集涡轮增压器的各性能参数并检测转子的设计水平,设计并搭建涡轮增压器测试台架。基于LabVIEW软件图形化环境开发一套具有数据采集、处理、显示及保存等功能的测试系统。对某型号性能样机进行压气机性能试验,试验结果表明:涡轮增压器性能测试台架工作稳定,能够准确采集增压器的各性能参数;转子设计水平符合要求;设计开发的测试系统具有较高的测试精度、测试过程自动化程度提高。
為準確採集渦輪增壓器的各性能參數併檢測轉子的設計水平,設計併搭建渦輪增壓器測試檯架。基于LabVIEW軟件圖形化環境開髮一套具有數據採集、處理、顯示及保存等功能的測試繫統。對某型號性能樣機進行壓氣機性能試驗,試驗結果錶明:渦輪增壓器性能測試檯架工作穩定,能夠準確採集增壓器的各性能參數;轉子設計水平符閤要求;設計開髮的測試繫統具有較高的測試精度、測試過程自動化程度提高。

In order to enroll the performance parameters of the turbocharger accurately and test the design level of rotor , a turbocharger test bench is designed and set up , a test system which has the function of data acquisition , processing , display and save , is developed based on the LabVIEW software graphical environment .The compressor performance test of a certain type prototype has conducted , the test results showed that:the turbocharger test bench works normally and can enroll the performance parameters of the turbocharger accurately; the design level of rotor is up tothe design requirements;the test system has high precision and the testing process automation is improved .
