田湾核电核安全文化建设经过了认知、提升、持续改进和追求卓越4个阶段,形成了"贯彻健康核安全文化特征,打造中核田湾人形象,坚持零容忍,强化责任心"的具有田湾特色的核安全文化.另外,做到遵循PDCA循环模式,评估活动常态化,定期对电站的核安全文化进行评估,找出待改进的领域,从而改进提升,达到闭环控制的目的.田湾核电站多年在安全理念提炼、安全文化制度和体系建设、安全文化培训和宣传等方面不断努力,保证卓越的核安全文化落地,从而提升核电站的核安全水平和运行业绩.
