安全是核电发展的基础和前提,信息安全是核电安全的组成部分之一,而电力二次系统安全防护则是确保核电站信息安全的关键.通过对国内的相关法律法规要求和三门核电站二次系统接口、安全架构进行分析,明确指出了三门核电站二次系统安全防护中存在的问题,并针对问题给出了解决方案,对后续相同堆型机组的二次系统安全防护设计、建设具有一定的指导意义.

Safety is a prerequisite for nuclear power development, and information security is an integral part of nuclear power safety. Safety protection of the secondary system is key to ensure the information security of nuclear power plant. Based on relevant national laws, reg-ulations and requirements, together with analysis of the secondary system, its interface and safety architecture, the problems in the safety protection of the secondary system in Sanmen nuclear power plant are identified, and solutions are given accordingly. For the same type of follow-up units, it would be instructive for the design and the construction of the safety pro-tection of the secondary system.
