目的：总结分析小儿后纵隔常见病变的 CT 表现。方法回顾性总结分析56例经手术病理证实或临床治愈的小儿后纵隔常见病变的 CT 表现。结果后纵隔肿瘤性病变17例,包括神经源性肿瘤16例,畸胎瘤1例；肿瘤样病变16例,包括前肠囊肿12例,淋巴结肿大4例；非肿瘤样病变23例,包括膈疝13例,纵隔气肿5例,纵隔炎5例,其中1例为胸导管囊肿破裂合并乳糜胸,纵隔炎。结论小儿各类后纵隔病变有其较为特征性的表现,CT 能显示各类后纵隔病变形态学特征,准确定位诊断。

Objective To analyze the CT manifestations of the common posterior mediastlnal diseases in children.Methods The CT findings in 56 pediatric patients with posterior mediastinal disorders which were proven by operation or clinical manage course were retrospectively analyzed.Results The posterior mediastinal tumors were found in 1 7 patients including neurogenic tumor in 1 6 and teratoma in 1;tumor-like lesions were in 1 6 including foregut cyst in 12 and enlarged lymph node in 4;and nontumor disorders were in 23 including diaphragmatic hernia in 13,mediastinal pneumatosis in 5 and mediastinitis in 5.Conclusion The CT findings of posterior mediastlnal diseases in children are characteristic,and the CT is helpful for the accurate diagnosis and location.
