中国的运动员培养体制从上世纪五十年代开始至今,培养了大批的优秀运动员,在世界三大赛上,取得了优异的运动成绩,为祖国争得了荣誉.但是,随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入和对外开放程度的不断扩大,这种培养体制的弊端也逐渐显露,已经影响到整个竞技体育事业的可持续发展.本文通过对国外运动员和中国运动员培养体制的比较分析,为中国运动员培养体制的健康发展提出建议.
中國的運動員培養體製從上世紀五十年代開始至今,培養瞭大批的優秀運動員,在世界三大賽上,取得瞭優異的運動成績,為祖國爭得瞭榮譽.但是,隨著社會主義市場經濟的不斷深入和對外開放程度的不斷擴大,這種培養體製的弊耑也逐漸顯露,已經影響到整箇競技體育事業的可持續髮展.本文通過對國外運動員和中國運動員培養體製的比較分析,為中國運動員培養體製的健康髮展提齣建議.

Since last 50s,quite many great athletes have been cultivated through China's athlete train-ing system and they've achieved magnificent success in the top three world contests and added fame to the country.With the deepening of the socialist market economy and the broadening of the opening up to the outside world,however,the disadvantages of the training system begin to show and have already affected the sustainable development of the whole sports.This paper compares the training system of China and those of the foreign countries and proposes some suggestions for the healthy development of the China 's athlete training system.
