This paper studies the seed enterprises financing channels selection method. Based on principal component Fisher discriminant method,constructs the seed enterprise financing channel choice model,for the inspection of the model,with Kenfeng Company as an example. The choice of Kenfeng Company financing channels for judging,2015 years after the company should be given priority to with equity financing channels.
