通过现场爆破振动监测,获得了煤矿综采面硬岩段深孔松动爆破地震波的衰减规律;采用sym5小波基对典型振动信号进行分解,研究爆破地震波的能量分布特征。结果表明:深孔松动爆破振动的持续时间为150 ms左右,振动速度三方向分量中径向分量最大;主振频率分布在40~60 Hz,能量主要集中在30~65 Hz的频带范围,存在强烈爆破振动造成岩石崩落对管线设备造成危害的可能。根据衰减规律,得到深孔爆破的单段最大允许药量,提出施工时控制单段最大药量和加强爆破炮孔周围防护,保证了施工安全。
通過現場爆破振動鑑測,穫得瞭煤礦綜採麵硬巖段深孔鬆動爆破地震波的衰減規律;採用sym5小波基對典型振動信號進行分解,研究爆破地震波的能量分佈特徵。結果錶明:深孔鬆動爆破振動的持續時間為150 ms左右,振動速度三方嚮分量中徑嚮分量最大;主振頻率分佈在40~60 Hz,能量主要集中在30~65 Hz的頻帶範圍,存在彊烈爆破振動造成巖石崩落對管線設備造成危害的可能。根據衰減規律,得到深孔爆破的單段最大允許藥量,提齣施工時控製單段最大藥量和加彊爆破砲孔週圍防護,保證瞭施工安全。
통과현장폭파진동감측,획득료매광종채면경암단심공송동폭파지진파적쇠감규률;채용sym5소파기대전형진동신호진행분해,연구폭파지진파적능량분포특정。결과표명:심공송동폭파진동적지속시간위150 ms좌우,진동속도삼방향분량중경향분량최대;주진빈솔분포재40~60 Hz,능량주요집중재30~65 Hz적빈대범위,존재강렬폭파진동조성암석붕락대관선설비조성위해적가능。근거쇠감규률,득도심공폭파적단단최대윤허약량,제출시공시공제단단최대약량화가강폭파포공주위방호,보증료시공안전。
According to blasting vibration field monitoring , deep hole loose blasting seismic wave attenuation law in hard rocks in fully mechanized mining working face was obtained .Typical vibration signal was decomposed by sym5 wavelet basis , to study energy distribution of blasting seismic wave .The results showed that blasting vibra-tion duration is about 150 ms, and the value of vibration radial component velocity is the largest in three direc-tions;main vibration frequency distribution in 40 ~60 Hz;the largest energy mainly concentrated in frequency range of 30 ~65 Hz, which probably causes pipeline and equipment breaking by collapsing rocks .According to attenuation law , the permitted single shot charge of deep hole loosening blasting in the site was calculated .The measures to ensure safety during construction were proposed such as limitation of charge for single blasting and strengthening protection around blasting holes during construction .
