秦山核电有限公司30万千瓦机组CRDM下部Ω密封焊缝在运行5年后发生泄漏问题.通过对比现在CRDM下部Ω密封焊缝的无损检测结果与5年前的检测结果,结合下部Ω密封区域特殊环境条件下材料化学成分对腐蚀开裂的影响分析,初步确定了泄漏产生的根本原因.通过对比修复材料的耐腐蚀性能分析和修复方案,明确了预防CRDM下部Ω密封焊缝泄漏的修复材料和方案,同时指出了在修复实施过程中需要关注的问题,以供核电同行参考.

The leakage was discovered on the CRDM lower omega seal weld which had operated five years in Qinshan NPP. Based on the inspection of NDE for the CRDM lower omega seal weld in comparison with the inspecting result which had carried out five years ago, and the analysis according to the effect of corrosion cracking because of the chemical composition of materials in special condition, the root cause of the leakage is preliminarily identified. The repair method for the CRDM lower omega seal weld to prevent leakage is provided by analysis of corrosion resistance of the material which will used for comparison of repair method, which also provides a proposal needed to pay attention during repair, in order to give some helpful reference to nuclear peers.
