为有效量化云制造服务共享平台中企业间的合作信任关系,分析了共享平台的运营模式,提出了一种综合考虑服务满意度与服务满意度波动性的服务综合信任评价模型。首先,建立评价指标体系量化服务满意度,以时间衰减函数表征服务满意度随时间的变化关系;然后,利用虚拟资源包的历史服务满意度信息,提出计算全局服务满意度的方法;最后,以服务满意度波动大小作为奖惩依据对全局服务满意度进行修正,得到虚拟资源包的服务综合信任值。数值实验验证了该模型使用的时间衰减函数和奖惩机制的可行性以及对监测企业提供不稳定服务的有效性。

To effectively monitor the trust relationship of inter-enterprises cooperation on service-sharing platform of cloud manufacturing,a model of service comprehensive trust evaluation with comprehensive con-sideration of service satisfaction and its volatility was developed,which was suitable for the operation mode of sharing platform.Firstly,an evaluation index system was designed to quantize service satisfaction by introdu-cing the used time decay function to express the varying trend of service satisfaction with time.Secondly,a computation method of global service satisfaction was put forth using the history informations of service satis-faction of virtual package.Lastly,service comprehensive trust values of virtual resource package was the modi-fication value of global service satisfaction by using volatility value of service satisfaction as the mechanism of rewards and punishments.Computational experiments confirm the used time decay function and mechanism of rewards and punishments are feasible,and they also prove the model is valid to monitor the unstable services provided by enterprises.
