某水电站进场公路位于右岸, 是施工营地、 料场与外界连接的主要通道. 工程于2002年10月开工, 至2003年2月19日隧道进口段开挖至桩号K0+326, 掌子面揭露K2溶洞, 由粘土夹碎块石组成的溶洞充填物稍后即发生坍塌堆积于隧道内, 并向洞外推移至桩号K0+260处, 近66 m洞段全为溶洞坍塌物充填, 进口段隧道施工被迫中断. 随后对充填物进行清理, 并采用导洞开挖至隧道顶板溶洞处进行混凝土回填, 待回填混凝土凝固形成保护盖后, 对其下方溶洞坍塌物进行清理和后续洞段的开挖. 爆破开挖后发现回填混凝土盖沿洞壁下座并出现裂缝, 为防止其进一步的变形破坏, 在顶拱中心角150°范围内采用管棚进行加固, 管棚完工后洞段开挖顺利进行. 至此K2溶洞处理及其坍塌物清理前后历时半年有余, 至今隧道已安全运营十年有余.

Hydropower station road tunnel is located on the right ,is the construction encampment ,material field ,connect-ed with the outside of the main channel .The project started in 2002/10 ,To 2003/2/19 the inlet section tunnel excavation k0+326,heading to expose K2 karst cave,cave filling by clay,stone fragments,later the filling material collapse piled on the tunnel ,The filling material goes to outside to k 0+260 ,nearly 66 meters of tunnel filling by collapse material ,the en-trance section of the tunnel construction was interrupted .Then the filling for cleaning , and the excavation to the tunnel roof cave for concrete backfill ,backfill concrete solidification formed to cover ,then clean the karst cave collapse materials and excavate tunnel section .Blasting excavation found Backfill Concrete cover along the cave wall collapse and cracks ,in order to prevent the deformation failure further ,in the top arch center angle of 150 °range adopt the pipe roof reinforce-ment,the tunnel excavate smooth going then the pipe roof pipe completed .Thus the time of the K2 karst cave filling mate-rial cleaning is more than half a year ,so far the tunnel safety operation has more than ten years .
