目的：探讨无临床感染症状和体征的急性荨麻疹患者外周血白细胞和中性粒细胞均升高与细菌感染的相关性。方法对无临床感染症状和体征的急性荨麻疹患者进行血常规、血清降钙素原（PCT）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）检测，其中白细胞和中性粒细胞均升高的患者分为一组（组1），不升高的患者分为另一组（组2），对两组患者的PCT和hs-CRP水平进行相关性分析。结果两组患者PCT和hs-CRP检测结果相比差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论急性荨麻疹患者白细胞、中性粒细胞易受到药物、个体水平及机体应激因素的影响，是否选用抗生素治疗应根据临床症状及血清其他细菌感染指标进行综合判断，血常规检测仅能作为参考。
목적：탐토무림상감염증상화체정적급성담마진환자외주혈백세포화중성립세포균승고여세균감염적상관성。방법대무림상감염증상화체정적급성담마진환자진행혈상규、혈청강개소원（PCT）화초민C반응단백（hs-CRP）검측，기중백세포화중성립세포균승고적환자분위일조（조1），불승고적환자분위령일조（조2），대량조환자적PCT화hs-CRP수평진행상관성분석。결과량조환자PCT화hs-CRP검측결과상비차이균무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론급성담마진환자백세포、중성립세포역수도약물、개체수평급궤체응격인소적영향，시부선용항생소치료응근거림상증상급혈청기타세균감염지표진행종합판단，혈상규검측부능작위삼고。
ObjectiveTo study the relationship between heightened levels of leukocytes and neutrophil cells and bacterial infections in patients of acute urticaria that without the signs of infection.MethodsBlood routine test, the serum levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and hypersensitive-CRP (hs-CRP) were carried out in acute urticaria cases who had no bacterial infection signs and symptoms, and the patients were divided into two groups, group one included the cases with heightened levels of white blood cells and neutrophil cells, while group two included the cases with normal levels, then the levels of PCT and hs-CRP of the two groups were detected and compared.ResultsStatistical results showed the serum levels of PCT and hs-CRP of the two groups had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionLeukocytes and neutrophil cells of acute urticaria patients are susceptible to drugs, which affected by individual and stress factors. Whether to give antibiotics to acute urticaria patients with white blood cells and neutrophils increased should be based on the clinical symptoms and other serum indices, and blood routine test can only be used as a reference.
