目的：了解中国西南地区不孕不育患者支原体感染及药敏试验情况，以指导临床进行合理治疗。方法回顾性分析西南地区200例不孕不育患者的支原体培养鉴定及药敏试验结果。结果200例患者中支原体阳性168例，阳性率为84%，其中单独解脲支原体感染者114例，阳性率为57%，解脲与人型支原体混合感染54例，阳性率为27%。药敏试验显示支原体对交沙霉素、米诺环素、多烯环素、四环素等抗生素较敏感，敏感率分别为94.6%、89.9%、86.9%、80.9%；而对环丙沙星、红霉素、司帕沙星等耐药率较高。结论对于不孕不育患者应进行支原体培养及药敏试验，并根据其药敏试验结果进行针对性治疗，这样有利于疾病的治疗和防止耐药菌株的产生。

ObjectiveTo investigateMycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity in infertile patients, so as to guide rational clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis ofMycoplasma infection in 200 cases of infertility from the southwestern region of China was executed, which include culture and identiifcation ofMycoplasma, as well as antimicrobial susceptibility test results.Results Among the total 200 patients, 168 cases conifrmed to beMycoplasma positive, the positive rate was 84%, including simple Uu infection 114 cases(the positive rate was 57%),Ureaplasma andMycoplasma hominis mixed infection 54 cases(the positive rate was 27%). Drug susceptibility results showed thatMycoplasma was sensitive to josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline and tetracycline antibiotics, the sensitive rates were 94.6%, 89.9%, 86.9% and 80.9% respectively, but resistant to ciprofloxacin, erythromycin and sparfloxacin.Conclusion Mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility testing should be given to infertile patients, and targeted therapy should be based on the results of drug susceptibility, which will be beneifcial to the treatment of the disease and prevent the production of resistant strains.
