目的:了解新疆克拉玛依地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染类型及其药敏分析结果,为临床诊疗及合理用药提供依据。方法采用支原体分离培养药敏试剂盒对2006年5月—2014年5月的203例支原体感染患者的分泌物进行分离、鉴定和药敏分析。结果203例支原体感染患者中,单纯解脲脲原体(Uu)感染最高,占81.77%(166/203),单纯人型支原体(Mh)感染最低,占1.48%(3/203),其余为Uu+Mh混合感染,占16.75%(34/203)。支原体药物敏感性分析表明,单纯Uu感染的患者对交沙霉素、米诺环素、多烯环素及四环素敏感,而Mh及混合感染患者对抗生素的敏感性普遍降低,但对交沙霉素、多烯环素具有较强的体外敏感性。结论在本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染中,Uu是主要病原菌,治疗这类泌尿生殖道感染可选用交沙霉素、米诺环素、多烯环素及四环素。

ObjectiveTo investigate theMycoplasma infection type and drug sensitivity analysis results of genitourinary tract in Xinjiang Kelamayi region, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment and rational drug use.Methods Using Mycoplasma (Uu/Mh) cultivation drug susceptibility kits to isolate, identify and analyze the drug susceptibility of 203 cases of patients with Mycoplasma infection from May 2006 to May 2014.ResultsIn those patients, simpleMycoplasmaurealytium infection is highest (81.77%,166/203), simpleMycoplasma hominis infection is lowest (1.48%,3/203), the rest is Uu + Mh mixed infection (16.75%, 34/203).Mycoplasma drug sensitivity analysis showed that the simpleMycoplasma urealytium infection patients were sensitive to josamycin, minocycline, doxycyclinewith and tetracycline, while theMycoplasma hominis and mixed infected patients had generally lower susceptibility to antibiotics, but stronger sensitivity to josamycin, doxycycline in vitro.ConclusionFor the genitourinary tract Mycoplasma infection in Xinjiang Kelamayi region, ureaplasmaMycoplasma is the main pathogenic bacteria, josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline and tetracycline would be adopted to treat this kind of urinary tract infection.
