目的:探讨恶性黑素瘤组织中iNOS表达与增生及临床资料相关性。方法收集30例恶性黑素瘤患者皮损组织和20例色素痣患者的皮损组织,采用免疫组化检测恶性黑素瘤和色素痣组织中iNOS的表达,并与患者临床资料进行分析,同时观察其与癌细胞增生、血管生成的关系。结果 iNOS表达阳性率在恶性黑素瘤组织中比色素痣组织高(P<0.05),恶性黑素瘤iNOS表达在患者年龄、性别、部位中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者iNOS阳性率显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。iNOS阳性肿瘤患者细胞增生核抗原(PCNA)标志指数(PLI)和微血管密度(MVD)的值明显高于iNOS阴性肿瘤患者(P<0.01)。结论 iNOS能促进恶性黑素瘤细胞增生与血管形成,是恶性黑素瘤的重要调节因子。

목적:탐토악성흑소류조직중iNOS표체여증생급림상자료상관성。방법수집30례악성흑소류환자피손조직화20례색소지환자적피손조직,채용면역조화검측악성흑소류화색소지조직중iNOS적표체,병여환자림상자료진행분석,동시관찰기여암세포증생、혈관생성적관계。결과 iNOS표체양성솔재악성흑소류조직중비색소지조직고(P<0.05),악성흑소류iNOS표체재환자년령、성별、부위중차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。병리분기Ⅲ~Ⅳ기환자iNOS양성솔현저고우Ⅰ~Ⅱ기(P<0.05)。iNOS양성종류환자세포증생핵항원(PCNA)표지지수(PLI)화미혈관밀도(MVD)적치명현고우iNOS음성종류환자(P<0.01)。결론 iNOS능촉진악성흑소류세포증생여혈관형성,시악성흑소류적중요조절인자。
ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of iNOS in malignant melanoma(MM) and its correlation with the cancer cell proliferation, angiogenesis and clinical data, as well as its effects on the development of MM. MethodsTotal 30 cases of MM tissues and 20 cases of nevus were collected, and the immunohistochemical method was adopted to detect the expression of iNOS, then the clinical data were analyzed, finally the relationship between the cancer cell proliferation and angiogenesis was observed.ResultsThe positive rate of iNOS in MM was higer than that of nevus group (P<0.05). In MM group, there was no relevance between the expression of iNOS and the gender, location and tumor growth pattern (P>0.05). The iNOS positive rate of pathological staging III-IV was signiifcantly higher than that of I-II (P<0.05). The PLI and MVD value of iNOS positive tumors was obviously higher than that of iNOS negative tumors (P<0.01).ConclusionThe expression of iNOS can promote the proliferation of cancer cells and vessel formation in MM, which is an important regulatory factor in tumor biological behavior.
