科技扶贫指导员"百人团"计划是宁夏回族自治区党委、政府响应中央号召,打好新一轮扶贫攻坚战,启动实施的新一轮科技扶贫工程.经过三年多的实施,该计划不仅取得了显著的帮扶成效,而且形成了系列值得推广的经验.在持续调研的基础上,对科技扶贫指导员帮扶工作的具体做法、取得的成效、主要经验与启示等进行全面梳理和总结.

The program of poverty-alleviation by hundreds of scientific and technological instructor is started by Ningxia Party committee and government with central call for carrying out a new round of poverty alleviation. After more than three years of implementation,the program not only achieved significant aid effectiveness,and formed a series of experience. In this paper, on the basis of continued research,the specific practice,the results,the main experience and enlightenment and so on by poverty-alleviation instructor have carried on the comprehensive review and summarize.
