十八大后，中国政府在国际重要经济议题的参与者和规则的制定方面更加积极主动，集中体现于“一带一路”战略的实施和亚投行的发起成立。结合中国的“一带一路”战略和韩国的“欧亚倡议”，以中韩、中朝双边经济合作为起点，最终实现中韩朝三方经济合作是比较现实和可行的选择，本文提出两点建议：第一，邀请韩朝参与亚投行框架下的基础设施建设，开展共同经济外交；第二，辽宁吉林两省进行政策整合，共同建设“两江国际经济合作带”。“一带一路”战略充分尊重和考虑周边国家的合理诉求，不为一己之私利而伤害其他国家，利用“一带一路”战略的政策红利，实现中韩朝三国的合作共赢势在必行。

After the 18th national congress of the communist party of China , Chinese government has been more progressive in participating major international economic discussions and formulating relevant rules , which is reflected in the implementation of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy and the initiation of the Asian Infrastruc-ture Investment Bank .To combine this strategy and South Korea ’ s“Eurasian Initiative” and start from the bilateral economic cooperation between China and South Korea as well as China and North Korea , the cooperation among China , South Korea and South Korea is practical and feasible .In this study , the author proposes that China should invite South Korea and North Korea to join the infrastructure construction and carry out economic diplomacy .Be-sides, the provinces of Liaoning and Jilin can jointly build an international economic belt along the Tumen River and the Yalu River .By fully respecting and considering the reasonable appeal of surrounding countries , the“One Belt and One Road” strategy can help to fulfill the win -win cooperation among China , South Korea and North Ko-rea.
