目的：探讨热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法：收治手足口病患者156例，采用随机数字表法将其分为西医治疗组与西医治疗+热毒宁注射液联合治疗组各88例。结果：两组患者组内与治疗前比较，N 与WBC均下降显著(P＜0.05)。联合组并发症发生率和不良反应发生率低于西医组，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：临床西医联合热毒宁注射液治疗重症儿童手足口病利于患儿预后，降低并发症。

목적：탐토열독저주사액치료인동수족구병적림상료효。방법：수치수족구병환자156례，채용수궤수자표법장기분위서의치료조여서의치료+열독저주사액연합치료조각88례。결과：량조환자조내여치료전비교，N 여WBC균하강현저(P＜0.05)。연합조병발증발생솔화불량반응발생솔저우서의조，단차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：림상서의연합열독저주사액치료중증인동수족구병리우환인예후，강저병발증。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of reduning injection in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:156 patients with hand foot mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the western medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment + reduning injection treatment group with 88 patients in each.Results:Compared with before and after the treatment,the N and WBC of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05). The incidence of complications and adverse reaction of the joint group were lower than the western medicine group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In clinical,the western medicine combined with reduning injection in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease in children is better to prognosis,and it can reduce the complications.
