目的：探讨氧喷吸入普米克与可必特治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法：收治咳嗽变异型哮喘患者100例，采用随机数字法将其分成对照组与观察组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予氧喷吸入普米克与可必特治疗。结果：观察组临床治疗效果显著好于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：氧喷吸入普米克与可必特治疗变异型哮喘具有较好的临床效果，可以有效提升患者生活质量与治疗效果，使患者临床症状得到有效缓解。
목적：탐토양분흡입보미극여가필특치료해수변이형효천적림상효과。방법：수치해수변이형효천환자100례，채용수궤수자법장기분성대조조여관찰조，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재대조조기출상급여양분흡입보미극여가필특치료。결과：관찰조림상치료효과현저호우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：양분흡입보미극여가필특치료변이형효천구유교호적림상효과，가이유효제승환자생활질량여치료효과，사환자림상증상득도유효완해。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oxygen spray inhalation pulmicort and combivent in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:100 patients with cough variant asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while in the observation group were given oxygen spray inhalation of pulmicort and combivent based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oxygen spray inhalation of pulmicort and combivent in the treatment of variant asthma has better clinical effect.It can improve the patients quality of life and treatment effect effectively,and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively.
