以某带加劲肋的不锈钢波纹板涵洞结构为例,采用有限元来分析加劲肋布设参数对结构变形、应力以及回填土压力的影响。有限元分析结果表明:环向加劲肋能提高不锈钢波纹局部截面的抗弯刚度,但对回填土压力的影响较小;加劲肋会引起波纹板局部应力增大,使用中应予以重视。
以某帶加勁肋的不鏽鋼波紋闆涵洞結構為例,採用有限元來分析加勁肋佈設參數對結構變形、應力以及迴填土壓力的影響。有限元分析結果錶明:環嚮加勁肋能提高不鏽鋼波紋跼部截麵的抗彎剛度,但對迴填土壓力的影響較小;加勁肋會引起波紋闆跼部應力增大,使用中應予以重視。

With some stainless steel corrugate plate culvert with stiffening ribs as an example,this paper analyzes influences of distribution parameters of stiffening ribs on structural deformation,stress and pressure of backfill by means of finite element.The result of finite element analysis shows that ring stiffening ribs can improve flexural rigidity of stainless steel corrugated partial cross section,but shows small influences on pressure of backfill;stiffening ribs will cause increase of local stress of corrugated plates and should be taken into account in use.
