目的：探讨综合护理干预对胃镜检查患者的情绪血压的影响,为提高检查效果及减少并发症提供依据。方法选择2012年10~12月在本院行胃镜检查的患者240例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在检查前及检查中采用综合护理,对照组只给予常规护理。比较两组患者的焦虑状况、血压变化及一次性进镜的成功率与并发症。结果观察组的收缩压( SBP)、舒张压( DBP)与心率( HR)在检查前都比对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；检查中两组SBP与HR两组差异非常明显(P<0.01),DBP差异明显(P<0.05)；检查后SBP、HR两组差异有意义(P<0.05),DBP两组差异无意义(P>0.05)。检查前后SAS评分观察组的焦虑程度比对照组低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；观察组的一次进镜成功率比对照组高( P<0.05)；两组的耐受程度中良好与一般的差异非常明显(P<0.01),耐受差异有意义(P<0.05)；并发症中咽部擦伤差异非常明显(P<0.01),喉头痉挛差异有意义( P<0.05)。结论对胃镜检查患者进行综合护理干预可有效改善患者焦虑、使情绪与血压平稳、并能提高一次进镜成功率及减少并发症的发生。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대위경검사환자적정서혈압적영향,위제고검사효과급감소병발증제공의거。방법선택2012년10~12월재본원행위경검사적환자240례,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,관찰조재검사전급검사중채용종합호리,대조조지급여상규호리。비교량조환자적초필상황、혈압변화급일차성진경적성공솔여병발증。결과관찰조적수축압( SBP)、서장압( DBP)여심솔( HR)재검사전도비대조조저,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；검사중량조SBP여HR량조차이비상명현(P<0.01),DBP차이명현(P<0.05)；검사후SBP、HR량조차이유의의(P<0.05),DBP량조차이무의의(P>0.05)。검사전후SAS평분관찰조적초필정도비대조조저,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)；관찰조적일차진경성공솔비대조조고( P<0.05)；량조적내수정도중량호여일반적차이비상명현(P<0.01),내수차이유의의(P<0.05)；병발증중인부찰상차이비상명현(P<0.01),후두경련차이유의의( P<0.05)。결론대위경검사환자진행종합호리간예가유효개선환자초필、사정서여혈압평은、병능제고일차진경성공솔급감소병발증적발생。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the emotion and blood pressure of the gastroscopy, provide the basis for improving inspection effect and reducing complications. Methods 240 patients in our hospital from 2012-10 to 2012-12 were divided into observation group and control group randomly. Pa-tients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention before the examination and checking, in con-trol group were treated with conventional inspection methods. Anxiety status, changes of blood pressure, the success rate of once into the mirror and complications were compared. Results The systolic blood pressure ( SBP) , diastolic blood pressure ( DBP) , heart rate ( HR) of observation group were all lower than those of control group before checking, but there were no significant differences (P>0. 05) . There were significant differences in SBP, HR and DBP between two groups in checking ( P<0. 01 , P<0. 05 ) . There were significant differences in SBP and HR between two groups after checking ( P<0. 05 ) , there was no significant difference in DBP between two groups ( P>0. 05 ) after checking. There was significant difference in SAS score between two groups ( P<0. 05 ) . Once into the mirror of observation group was higher than that of control group ( P<0. 05 ) . There were significant differences in good and general degree of the toler-ance between two groups ( P<0. 01 ) . There were significant differences in throat damage and laryngismus between two groups ( P<0. 01 , P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion To give care intervention in the course of gastroscopy can significantly alle-viate the patient anxiety, help emotions and blood pressure stabling, improve success rate of once into the mirror and re-duce complication.
