乳腺癌患侧上肢淋巴水肿是乳腺癌改良根治术后常见并发症之一，一旦发生，将严重影响患者的生活质量，并且很难治愈。通过术后功能锻炼及提高患者的依从性、加强对患肢的保护、做好基础护理防止并发症、控制BMI指数、加强对患者健康宣教等措施预防水肿的发生。一旦发生水肿，应积极应对完善防护措施，在此基础上做好加压与按摩治疗护理、心理护理、饮食护理、手术治疗、中西药物及微波治疗等。

Breast cancer-related lymph-edema is one of the common complications in breast cancer modified radical mastectomy. When lymph-edema happens, the patients should receive positive nursing intervention and the preventive measures. On this basis, the patients also need to be treated with pressure therapy and massage caring, psychological nursing, diet nursing, surgical therapy, medical therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and microwave therapy, etc.
