采用华盛顿大学的化学染色法,用3种不同色粉浓度和4种不同染布对再生沥青混合料的拌和均匀性进行评价,并采用普渡大学的分段回收法来评价新沥青对旧沥青的软化效率。结果表明:化学染色法能较好地评价再生沥青混合料的拌和均匀性,其可用于指导拌和设备的选择;分段回收法能较好地评价新沥青或再生剂对旧沥青的软化效率,其可用于指导新沥青或再生剂的选择。

This paper evaluates mixing homogeneity of regenerating asphalt mixture with 3 different toner densities and 4 different kinds of dyeing cloth by means of chemical coloring process of Washington University,and evaluates the softening rate of new asphalt to old asphalt by means of the segmented recycling method of Purdue University.The results show that the chemical coloring process can better evaluate the mixing homogeneity of regenerating asphalt mixture and can be used to guide selection of mixing equipment;the segmented recycling method is better in evaluation of softening rate of new asphalt to old asphalt and can be used to guide selection of new asphalt or regenerant.
